Remeasured both Rod bearings on each for the 27/32" settings, Then l drilled the left elevator first w/ #30 bit per manual and then clamped both on the bench connected to the HS and clamped intrail with the HS, I then used the hardwood for guideing the 1/8" bit for both holes in the elevator horns per manual. Then I Used DWG 5 detail A for drilling the 2 horns to VA-411PP assembly bearing used a 1/4" OD brass tube for pilot holes into both elevator upper horns then enlarged the elevator horns w/ a 1/4" bit for the AN4-14 bolt.
