RW aileron: cleced all parts together, then installed the counter balance bar and marked for drilling. Removed bar and set it up on v-block to with #30 bit with the drill bench drill. Then debured and cleaned and primed the bar put it back in the aileron and it didn't fit, scratched my head then decided to reverse the pipe and it fit like it was suppose to.
