Used fly Harbor freight cutter to cut the 5 1/2" holes in both T-703 tank root ribs, worked real well as I had it clamped good to a heavy piece of plywood. I marked the cut at 12/32" from top and bottom of the ribs and it basicly removed the larger factory ring on the ribs.
