Spent 2 hours trying to figure ot where W-706 C was for putting the 2 nut plates in the main inboard Spar. Went thru several diagrams and finally figered out that it was part of the spar itself. Its the top of the DWG 10A drawing, shows and labeled W-706 C way over to outbound of the doubler.
