After years of jumping around different airplane kit manufacture's, visiting their operations, I broke it down to two. Van's and Lancair. The latter when I made a visit there, they seemed to be trying new brews in their molding process. I knew it was good to keep making it better but it just didn't seem right to me, plus when I wanted a demo ride I would have had to plunck down some big cash, not a good impression for me for the distance I went. Van's by my impression had a better group of customer oriented people and I was impressed by their whole operation, from their punch press system to all the information they provided me.
