The left lower Wing is now fully covered and in Ecko-Fill - Charcoal (2 full cross coats). It next needs White Ecko Fill to better accept the Lemon Yellow Top Coat.
The Right lower Wing was then fully preped and Fabric was applied to it. Both lower Ailerons were also covered all were Rib Stiched and all tapes were applied until I ran out of fabric Cement (it and other material is on order but Stewart withheld shipping because of the National Temps being too cold - they will ship when better forcasts are available - an impressively run company - I think). There is only a small amount of glue work remaining on this Wing and I'll pick it up again when the material order arrives.
In the meantime the Fuselage was moved in and work was done on the landing gear. The Brake Caliper attachment parts are installed and the Caliper's have been test fitted. The Gear Legs were painted and .016 Alum was added to the legs for better air-flow. That "skin" was also preped, primed, and painted.
The Swipe was painted on the Rt side of the Fuse and the bottom of the Fuse was painted with the final "gloss" coat of Lemon Yellow. Went on very nice and smooth. The Gear was then re-installed w/safety cables and Bungee's and the Fuse removed from the Rotation frame.
