Brief Description:  Ailerons, wing attachments, engine mounts.

Over weekend I did a lot of study of the aileron control system. Sam and I met up and sent relevant parts to machine shop for fabrication of special bushings.

Monday morning inserted rod ends into struts only to find bugs had made homes in the cavities. Took probably an hour to clean out the holes. All good except one side, small hole, can't get bolt all the way in. Got tap from Sam's set, worked it as far as possible. There is a hard stop about 3/4 way in. Hopefully we don't need to go further, if we do we will have to drill deeper then tap.

Borrowed engine lift from Kurt, took out cotters and loosened lower engine mount bolts.

Disassembled aileron linkages and cleaned up. Discarded rusty hardware and obtained new from T195F. Spent a long time figuring out the way the parts go together on both sides. Had to order a few parts that we do not have. Tried to solve mystery of "part number" bolts in one side of bellcranks instead of straight AN3 bolts.

Ordered the four big AN8 wing attach bolts.
