Added 4 gallons of gas in each tank, one at a time. Experimented with fuel valve positions, and temporarily labeled L, R, and OFF. Sampled fuel at gascolator quick drain and confirmed flow. No leaks between tanks and gascolator. Observed fast drip leak at carb, added that to firewall forward to-do list before engine runs.
Drilled holes and installed headliner rod clips just forward of rear spar.
Reinstalled instrument panel and connected all instruments. Crawled under panel and secured everything with cable ties. Powered up and tested electrical equipment and avionics.
