Moved airplane to FBO hangar and set up work area. Bill came up with a possible starter. It was disassembled. I spread it out on bench and figured it out. It is missing one tiny bearing. Called Hartzell (Skytec) and found out they don't repeir, or sell parts. Put out feelers for scrap starters for parts.
