Completed cardboard panel mockup and made one for the fuse shelf. Got bulb numbers, small Grimes 1512, no marks on old Grimes but it is 5.5 inches. Looked at wing wiring, there is one large wire for lamp and two smaller wires for up and down motor. Attempted to get a resistance measurement of the old dimmer, but it seems too far gone to measure. Searched for and found the shop has #22 two and three conductor shielded wire for the headset circuits. Searched for and found RG-400 coax so antenna wires can be replaced. Researched coax connectors on radio end and learned how to correct the bad connections I found in the old setup. Located old transponder antenna and cable in the old parts bin.
At "T" hanger looked at wing roots, looked for interior lights and stored remaining spare 120 stuff. Took picture of old belly skin to locate hole for transponder antenna.
Researched possible breakers/switches to use. Got part number from Sam of units used in Huskys W31-X2M1G.
