Removed right rudder cable pulley under baggage floor. Very difficult place to work. Wayne Sheets stopped by with advice, later send pictures of his 140 that has large inspection holes in those floors. May consider adding those so that all six pulleys can be inspected and lubed.
Removed old fairlead in tail near where cable exits fuselage. Drilled out two rivets to get it out. Installed nylon inserts in place of old composition parts. Reinstalled temporarily with clecos.
Pulled out old cable with string attached. Pulled new cable back in.
