Brief Description:  Engine mount bolts in and out.

Not happy with tilting engine by adding washers to lower engine mounts only, so added to top as well. Now the gap is smaller, but still a gap. However, now at least one of the bolts is too short to be able to get the cotter pin in. Considered option of having washers made up so that AD bolts could be used, as per the old AD. Discussed situation with the brain trust, made joint decision to go back to original bolt configuration, and address the exhaust pipe interference by removing the pipes, heating, and adjusting the contour of the pipe ends. Retightened throttle clamp. Removed shrouds to facilitate Sam removing pipes.

Received special aileron bushings and checked for fit.

Received Spruce order, found only two wing mount bolts, but four of the thin nuts for the aft strut connection, we need only two.

Got list of parts taken from stock by Sam, I will consolidate with my list, check against items previously paid for, and give to Sandy.

Bagged all the small bolts and bushings from the aileron cable end connections to the bell crank for discussion with Sam about obtaining/fabricating next week.

Installed tailwheel springs and chains but did not tension.
