Reamed out holes and installed all four headset jacks with insulators. Connected remaining power and ground wiring connections. Connected small battery and powered up system. Checked power for strobe, nav lights, and landing light with voltmeter. Checked intercom operation - good. Inserted NAV/COM and transponder and checked power-up. Noted no audio on COM side, will have to chase that down.
