Bought a new three drawer tool cabinet at Home Depot, took it back to the hangar and set it up. Bill straightened out the bump in the leading edge strips. Bill has determined that the previous repair to the spar does not meet Part 43 specs. Removed the old spar patch and worked on the new reinforcement with Bill.
