I saved all of the prosealing for a single go. As it turns out, I had just enough (I purchased the small container from ACS (2.5 oz I think).
Anyway, Everything coated nicely and appears to have good adhesion.
Right now, I'm just in a holding pattern letting everything cure. I will probably wait until the weekend to actually do the final riveting. The "ooze" seems to have cured well thus far, but it's still not quite as hard as it should be to work with when riveting.
The trim tabs (which have their ribs prosealed in) are also ready for final assembly with the piano hinge.
The final riveting and the piano hinges are the last tasks for the elevators and then they're done. (Then, I have to find a place to store them and it's on to the tailcone.)
