Brief Description: Finishing dimpling the elevator skins

Yesterday I wrapped up the dimpling on the skins and did some surface prep (sanding/scotchbrite) for the parts. At this point, all I really need to do is finish the priming exercise and the elevator is ready to assemble (minus the trim tab).
