Today I began the assembly and did some parts fabrication for the rudder. There was a lot of "trim and sand" for the sub-assembly parts. Fortunately, all of the parts were easily cut with tin snips and then sanded with my bench sander.
All in all everything went very smooth today. Things go fast, but there are lots of those little holes to be match/final drilled.
