I wish I had more photos of how this began, but in a nutshell, the mount that secures to the exhaust pipe was a flat strip of metal with two humps on it. I had to round it to a size that would fit over the pipe and also accept a 3” intake hose.
In addition, I needed to make a bracket that will be used to secure the fitting to the exhaust pipe using a hose clamp. The heat portion is now complete with the hose installed, but I still need to connect to the carburetor once I complete the throttle linkage so they don’t conflict.
