Brief Description: Manifold Pressure Lines and Connections
You may remember that I replaced the nylon elbow on the manifold and replaced it with a brass fitting. The other connections for the E-mag pressure lines are also supposed to be nylon as supplied in the kit. As such, I installed them and it was a complete train wreck. They looked horrible, they weren’t secure, they moved and slipped, and I had to zip tie them to each other so the stiff manifold line didn’t pull apart.
I knew this wasn’t going to work, so I went to the hardware store and found the brass fitting I needed to secure it correctly together. It is so strong now that it feels like you could lift the entire ship from this fitting. Okay, maybe not, but you get the idea. It’s totally solid, and I’m really happy with the fix.
