Brief Description:  Exterior Reassembly

Stating to come back together! As expected, this is slow going because each panel requires a lot ot reworking. The are pretty rough, and seem to have been made in a hurry. The are all very custom and don't seem to follow a close relationship with their counterpart on the opposite side. Oh well, just part of the process.

I'm taking the time to file down all of the edges so they are no longer choppy and jagged. I then round out all of the sharp corners and make sure that there are stress relieving holes or the proper radius. I make sure that all of the bends are as straight as possible, then debur all of the holes and edges.

I then hold the panel in place to identify the holes that need to be drilled out to accomodate the screws for the nut plates so I don't accidentaly drill out a hole or holes that are intended for rivets. (Yes, sadly I'm talking from experience.)

More panels to follow....
