I cut out the inspection holes on the inboard ribs as per plans using a drill press and a fly-cutter (horrible thing - make sure your work is well and truly clamped). I deburred and edge prepped the holes,cleaning them up nicely and then aligned and clamped the reinforcement rings in place double checking alignment and positioning.
