Brief Description: Installed Clickbond fasteners for MLG Controller R
Installed Clickbond fasteners for MLG Controller Relays. I have had problems with Clickbonds turning when installing locking nuts so I drilled 2 small holes in each clickbond head, I then Sanded the area in the nose where I wanted to install the Relays. I used Teflon tape on Clickbond threads to protect them from Epoxie. I used FLOX on the back of the clockbond head and made sure it pushed through the small holes i drilled. I then Placed 1 layer of BID over the front of the clickbond head, glassing them in place. Once they dry I will remove the Teflon Tape and install the Relays. I installed 5 clickbonds on each side of the nose to accomodate 10 relays.
