Welcome to my experimental aircraft Builders Log. In 1998, while living in KS, I purchased my project from another builder. The Tub was mostly done and one wing along with the GU canard and Spar... I have always loved the Long EZ and figured that if I was going to spend all this effort building an airplane, I would only do it once so I wanted it to look cool, go fast and be a fun machine... so I started modifying it. I stuck with NON-Structural mods so I don't get into to much trouble but I soon learned that with each mod you add A LOT of build time. So here it is finally taking shape with it's Long nose and Berkut Style Canopy,Infinity Retractable Landing Gear along with many more mods including a modified Firewall aft supporting a T58 Jet Engine ... It will no doubt be a NICE BEZJet!
