Cut out the rear consol from H45 foam then laid 1 ply of BID on the Inside face and peel plied it. Once it cured I removed the peel ply and trimmed the glass. I then placed duct tape around the perimeter of the mating surface and Hot glued the consol in Place. The intent of the Duct tape is to create a flange when I make the final layup on the outside. I want to make the console removable.
