I prepared the area for bonding. Then I needed to have the Click boned stand off from the fuselage sides to account for the nuts on the throttle quadrant so I hot glues two 1/4" spruce plywood circles and bedded them into FLOX. I then FLOX'ed the Click bonds in place, protecting the threads with Teflon tape and capped it all off with 1 ply BID. Once the Click bonds fasteners were cured I installed the Throttle Quadrant
