Brief Description: Installation of the Right Fuel Blister
It took a Nast hole to get the fuel tubes in place without bending them so much that they would kink. So, I filled to hole with FLOX and then placed 2 plys BID over everything to seal it up. After it was all cured I painted 3 coats of pure epoxy over the area and peel plyed the edges. once that was cured I cleaned it all up and installed the Fuel Filter and safety wired it in place. I then sand blasted the blister inside and out and painted the inside with 3 coats of pure epoxy. once that was cured I put FOX on the edges of the Blister and used #6 screws to hold it in place for cure. Once it cures I will remove the screws and fill the holes with FOX and lay up 2 plays of BID around the entire edges.
