We routed out 1/4" of foam from the fuselage side of the strake and filled it with FLOX then installed it in place using FOX to fill any gaps. I then laid 2 PLY's BID on the Top and bottom after sanding the area. For the transition area in the Arm holes I routed out 1/4" of foam and filled the void with FLOX and laid the 2 Plys BID onto the FOX to make the structural join.
