Layed up 2 plys of BID on bothe sides of a 1/4" Blue Foam, then drilled and installed bolts and Switching Valve. I then Sanded the Rear of the Spar wall in preperation for attaching valve Mounting Pad. I then lined the edges of the pad with 1/4" foam Hot Glued to create a Damn leaving a small opening at the top so the Flox could squeeze out. I then filled up the cavity with flox and put hot glue on the foam Damns and placed it in place. the Hot glue held it in place while the Flox is drying.
