A belated update. I didn't realise how far I had fallen behind with updating the log, so here goes.
I clecoed the tailspring mount to the F-812 bulkhead,(the smallest and rearmost bulkhead). I marked the F-811 bulkhead on the aft side to locate the tailspring mount in the correct place using DWG 73 as a guide. The F-8212 and mount were then clecoed in place on the fuselage. I made some shims to go between the tailspring mount and the f-811 bulkhead and clamped them together. I then drilled the bolt holes to #30.
I cut out the template from DWG 73 and used it to mark out the line to cut out the material that has to be removed from the aft lower skin to accomodate the tailspring mount.
