Brief Description:  Forward floor/Firewall

Today I started back on the forward floor, I riveted the nutplates to the two stiffeners and the lower fwd baggage bulkhead, 14 in total. I then clecoed the upper and lower bagaage bulkheads to the forward LG box brace. I clecoed the baggage sidewall to the starboard LG box and the forward floor. Clecoing into the riveted nutplates in place.

I then clecoed the firewall to the forward floor and the baggage sidewall. I drilled the common rivet holes between the forward floor and the angle riveted to the firewall to full size. I dis assembled the to major assemblies and deburred the drilled holes in both. I dimpled the 9 rivet holes in the center of the forward floor, and machine countersunk the matching holes in the firewall lower angle. I taped up the area around the center 9 holes in teh forward floor ready to apply tank sealer tomorrow. I called it a day there as at 95 degrees I thought it a little too warm to be using tank sealer.
