Today, I went through the sequences of clecoing the WD 822 box weldments and the WD 813-1 box weldments to their respective LG boxes. I then drilled all bolt holes to full size dis-assembled the LG boxes, deburred the bolt holes, re assembled the parts and inserted the bolts placing the washers and nuts on the bolts. I have tightened them to the point they 'bite', but have not torqued them yet, I'll do that tomorrow. I had to use my dremmel to remove a bit of weld from the inside on the WD 822 at the position of the center bolt, so that the washer would lay flat against the weldment. I left out the two bolts on each LG box, that line up with the mid cabin braces. and I clecoed the baces to the LG boxes, took a pic and called it a day.
