I finished starboard hinge pin locking lug, and investigated why the aileron rod was touching the rear spar when the aileron was at max downward deflection. Even though when rigged the aileron rod shouldn't touch the rear spar when at it's max deflection, I still wanted to adjust it so that it had more space. So I readjusted the washers on the aileron hinge bolts, the aileron was moved inboard very slightly. The control rod clears nicely now, and the aileron itself still has plenty of clearance.
