I fitted the drain valve housing, using a bolt and nut spaced out with washers to gently hold it in place when I came to drill. I marked two of the rivet holes on the fuel tank cap housing with a pen and drilled them to #40. I clecoed the cap housing to the tank skin. I then replaced the baffle. I drilled all rivet holes, the fuel drain and fue cap to final size and gently set it aside.
I clecoed the missing ribs to the leading edge, as well as the stall warner inspection hatch and then re clecoed the whole assembly to the spar using the spar to hold everything straight for when I drill the rib rivet holes to full size.
