Marked, drilled, and de-burred two holes for the elevator skin bent tabs. No mention in the plans about doing this. Small picture with no dimensions show two blind rivets. I just eye-balled the locations and drilled #30 holes.
Riveted together the E703 & E704 ribs. Screwed the first rivet up while trying to get the squeezer set right. I didn’t hold the AN cupped die tight against the manufactured head on the last attempt and put a big smiley in it. Got it drilled out with a lot of effort. Flattened the hole with the flush dies in the DRDT as it was a bit convex. Got the rest of the rivets in and called it a night.
