Match drilled the spars and HS attachment doublers

Match drilled the ribs together and then the assembled to the spar (both sides)
I’m seeing some hole alignment issues with the rib assembly and the spar. There are three sets of holes that need to line up. I can get two sets to line up, but the third set requires some work. Looking on line, I’ve seen others have had this issue, but maybe worse then my case. Edge prepped the two counterbalance skins
Got out the two counterbalances and studied the drawing. Need to trim these some how. Hack saw, band saw, file? Need to do some research on this.
