Brief Description: Part Prep - Bottom skin stiffeners

I used the caged countersink tool on the inner holes of the bottom skin stiffeners. The two end holes do not require any work other then deburring. I forgot that I had previously countersunk the F-772 bottom center skin and underlaying center section structure.
