I finished up cutting each access rib up and match drilling the F-716B to the rib. Not it is a little easier to drill out #40 and #19 prior to cutting the rib.
I also countersunk the F-716B for flush rivets.
After making one cut I could position the band saw blade inside the ligthening hole
It was easier to full size drill the hole prior to making the cuts
