So, the basic rib prep is complete, time to put figure out how to put this together.
The drawing shows three kinds variations of F-716 Left and Right seat ribs: Outboard ribs, inboard ribs, and access ribs. The orientation of eah is important. The two access ribs get cut open to accomidate installation of the control mechanism. It is common to to also do this with the inboard ribs to allow a more complete bench assembly of the control mechanism. This is the route I am going.
All the ribs have a tooling hole opened up to 5/8" for wiring runs.
