Brief Description: Longerons 8 - match drill through F721B Aft Deck
I cut two strips of 0.032 sheet aluminum on the band saw to mimic the fuselage skin and clamped them to the outboard edge of the longeron. I then aligned the F721B to the forward distance mark (28 ¼”) on the outboard edge and positioned it laterally to align with the 0.032 sheet. I started drilling and adding clecos from the forward end where the longeron is still straight. Once the straight section is drilled and clecoed you can manipulate the longeron a bit to get the best fit with F721. It came out just fine I think. 64 holes and lots of chips.
