I used the vise, wood blocks, and clamps method that I found documented on other build sites to bend the 706B brackets. The long moment arm of the clamp gives excellent leverage for the bend. I used my old drafting adjustable triangle to check the angle. I got both pretty close to the 6.3 degrees specified but later used the actual fit up when everything was assembled to get the final bend.
