Brief Description:  Installed Flop tubes and prepped for baffle instal

I worked on both tanks today. I'm on a roll and pushing for finishing these suckers off.

First I had to learn how to safety wire. After a careful study on the drawing and a few u-tube videos for an education I went at it. Before twisting any wire, I torqued both hose nuts to 120 in-lbs. I burned through a lot of wire getting educated, After lots of trys, I think I got some very acceptable work.

I then cleaned out the holes and mixed up a small batch of sealant. I applied it to the bulkhead fitting and inserted it from the inside. Using a deep socket (11/16 I think) on the torque wrench I tightened these up to 120 in-lb and applied sealent.

Finally, I scuffed up both the baffle and Z-brackets for both tanks. To finish things off, I wiped it all down with MEK to get ready for the next session.
