I'll need to safety wire the fflop tubes for the fuel tanks soon. After some research on Vans airforce forums I went with the Milbar 6" safety wire pliers. I got them Pilots HQ. They seemed to have the best price but it took awhile to get delivered. I also ordered some 0.020 dia and 0.032 dia stainless safery wire. I need to find a U-tube video to figure out how to use this thing.
