Brief Description: Fuel Return line preliminary work
Not much visible progress today. I sorted out the parts I had ordered from Van’s and Spruce. I straightened out the 3/8 tubing and cut it into two pieces. I drilled a couple test holes in some scrap (1/2” for the plastic bushing & 9/16” for the bulkhead fitting) so I knew what I was doing. For the test holes, I started with a #30, then a #19, and finally with the step drill bit. I’m a little worried about access for the drill inside the tank for the interior ribs holes. This would have been much easier to do before I sealed and riveted the interior ribs…
