I reworked the bends on the vent line and got it to the point where I was happy with it. The attempt to use a stiff piece of wire for a mockup was somewhat effective. I got out the bushings for the ribs and notched them to accomidate the capacitive fuel sender wire. I also located and drilled out the hole for the connector.
