OK, finally back at the tanks. I pulled the right tank off the stand and reversed the stiffener orientation and match drilled. Reversing the stiffener orientation gives you better access to sealing the rivet shop heads. It is an option called out in the plans and discussed in the VAF forums (and I already did it previously on the left side tank). I then pulled the stiffeners off and deburred and dimpled them with the substructure dies. Not much, but a start.
