More progress today. I got the rest of the fitting pieces shaped and checked them against the templates. All were spot on.
Next, I marked the location of the bolt holes. Using the templates as a guide, I used my automatic center punch and marked the holes. Then, off to the drill press where I drilled all the 1/8th inch pilot holes. Tomorrow I'll drill them to 1/4 inch. Next step is to bend the tabs on the fittings and weld on the reinforcements.
