Well...what a suprise. I was working on positioning the elevator control horns and found the horn sides hit the upper longerons. I really thought I screwed up big time when I saw this. So, back to the plans to double-check everything. Turns out when I made the control horns I didn't make them to spec. I left the edges straight. It turns out the edges are relieved for clearance for the longerons. Note to self: Bob Barrow's plans are drawn that way on purpose...build to the plans!
