Brief Description: Profiled Horizontal Stab Part 9
I'm still waiting for the opportunity to punch the rib holes, so I did something to pass the time. I finished the elevator and rudder hinges.
I drilled the grease zerk holes and the holes for the mount bolts. I made a simple jig out of 1" square tubing so the holes would line up front to back. I drilled the holes undersize in case of any fit issues andcould be corrected with a file. The last part was to cut them to length and round them to plans. Tedious work, but all clean and done.
