Brief Description: Profiled Horizontal Stab Part 7
Progress on my airplane is slow these days. Life keeps getting in the way of my project, but it is what it is.
I was able to get a little time in the shop today and I laid out the lightening holes for the tail ribs. I first made a line with the proper edge distance of 5/16ths, then laid out the holes with at least 5/8ths inch between them. I'm using a unibit to drill the initial holes. If the hole needs to be larger than the biggest unitbit I have, I'll just use a file or die grinder to take it out to the proper diameter.
