After quite a bit of interruptions, I was finally able to get back to it and make more parts. I aready had made the rudder horn and washers. All I needed to do is cut a piece of 1' .058 tubing for the mount. I cut the tube at a 30 deg. angle and made sure the botton was square since that rides up against the lower rudder hinge. I welded the cable attach point reinforcements, then got it all set to weld. I put a couple of pieces of 3/8ths plate under the ears and once it all got clamped to the table it was square and plumb. A little finish welding and it's all done!
